What sizes do the barns come in?
Our standard barns come in a variety of sizes depending on the type:
- Smaller, one-piece barns: 18’x36′ and 18’x48′
- Larger, two-piece barns: 36’x36′ and 36’x48′
Standard wall height is 8.5’, with the option to increase by 1’ if you need extra headroom.
What if I already have a maternity pen?
No problem! You don’t need to purchase a maternity pen from us. We can work with your existing setup and design the interior of the barn to meet your specific needs.
How long does it take to receive an order?
We carry most products in stock, however, during our busy season we may need 4-6 weeks to build general orders and 10-12 weeks for barns.
How much does a barn cost?
Each barn is built to your specifications, which can include options like maternity pens, gates, man doors, or taller walls. Pricing varies depending on these options. All up-to-date prices are available on our website, otherwise you can contact us for an exact quote.
Where are you located, and do you deliver?
We’re located 10 miles north of Dewberry, AB, at the intersection of Hwy 893 & 640. We deliver across Alberta and Saskatchewan. Some larger barns may require pilot trucks for delivery.
What does the booking process look like for a barn?
When you contact us, we’ll provide a formal quote. Once all details are confirmed, we’ll reserve your spot and create a layout to ensure your barn meets your needs. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Do you do custom manufacturing?
While we can do some custom manufacturing, large-scale fabrication can be costly, and we don’t consider ourselves a “fabrication” shop. We’re always happy to review your request and provide a reasonable quote where possible.
